TatuajesSCL, “Tattoos with History” is an independent editorial project, born from the need to create awareness regarding the art of tattooing in Chile through written communication. This project became the first Chilean book on tattoos, as well as the first photographic and journalistic compilation on tattoos in the country.

TatuajesSCL contains 100 histories of Chileans who tell us how they started out in this world, revealing their most intimate secrets on the subject. Through the photographs, we realize that tattoos are another means of artistic expression, where the tattoo artist changes the canvas for a human body.
